Stronger Muscles, Stronger Runner

According to my new Nike training plan, I should be doing 30 minutes of weight training today. Well….truth be told, I justified getting home late as an excuse to skip the gym. I did, however, fit in a “mini” workout, focusing on my arms and upper body, using some light weights.


Honestly, I am not sure how this will be helping me on race day, except maybe lifting a beer or two at the finish line!
